30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with UndoDisk for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of activating your license — no questions asked. This applies to all paid license tiers. Refunds are issued for 100% of the purchase price.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@undodisk.com with your license key and the email address used at purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
What Happens After a Refund
Your license is deactivated upon refund. You keep any files you have already recovered — we never delete your data. The software returns to Free-tier functionality. You may purchase a new license at any time.
Tips
Voluntary tips are non-refundable, except within 48 hours of the transaction if the tip was made in error. To request a tip refund, email support@undodisk.com with the transaction details.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are happy to resolve any billing issue directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate license revocation. For dispute resolution details, see our Terms of Service.
Consumer Protection
Your statutory consumer rights are fully preserved. This policy supplements — and does not replace — your legal rights under applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
